Been quite a while since I posted a group of cabs so here goes. I took almost all of December and January off to recuperate my wrists and fingers but got back to it as time allowed in February - in between rockhounding and building a fence.
I'll start off with several cabs from material AzRockGeek and I found at Burro Creek. Tim helped me scratch off a bucket list collecting trip and I am very grateful but please don't believe him when he says he found most of these and tossed them in my bucket![(lol)](//storage.proboards.com/1258779/images/EnwpfZudljTiXdmkvYKs.gif)

I found a couple pieces of this material - I'm calling it Burro Creek Lace agate until someone gives me a real good reason why not to![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

Another small 1-off piece that should yield a few more like this. This cabochon sold on Etsy in about 10 minutes after I posted it.

This cab is from a broken Septarian nodule that we collected in Utah on our first trip, summer of '16. I suspect we had 'tourist' written on our foreheads because we followed the map given out by the rock shop and we found exactly squat. Except for this one broken piece that I brought home and finally cut up last week.

This is Bull Canyon moss agate from Nevada - I'm a sucker for a good time so I gave it a go and miraculously it didn't break. It's been sitting in vinegar for over a year trying to clean out the white junk from the in-betweens.

Deconstructed St.Egidien German thunder egg. A friend in The Nederlands sent me a half egg of it. I made one cab and re-gifted it back to her then finished the end cap of the remaining piece by hand picking off the matrix leaving the natural t-egg core shape then grinding and polishing a dome. It's a very rare piece of this material that is not full of fractures. Hand polished, double sided, natural edges
