I was out with a friend in an area that used to be a quarry, and found some amazing limestone that was chock full of fossils, lots of bivalve shells, some that looked like you picked them up on the beach today. Unfortunately, most of the limestone was in 500lb and larger chunks. I did find a few things that were cool that I could carry the 2 miles back to where we were staying. I *think* this is a vertebrae of some sort, but can't say positively. I can clean it up with my dremel and some abrasives, but I don't want to ruin anything. And this one is some sort of coral or plant... I have lots of crinoid fossils as well, a couple that are probably almost dime sized in diameter, I can post those later, but I think those are pretty common.

Yes, the second one appears to be a coral or sponge, but thinking coral. Nice finds.
