Hi, I bought this crystal mass a few years back for a couple bucks at a small-town flea-market. I thought maybe it was calcite, but now I think that is wrong. Can anyone tell me what this is?  To keep this lapidary-oriented, plus as a shameless excuse to load another image, here is a photo of some BC jade that I bought and tumbled a few years back. Stuff had no cleavage planes, very, very, very hard to crack.  |

Hey Rollingstone, if the pics aren't out on the net somewhere and have a url to link to, we can't see them. Did you link to your computer where the pics are stored? If you did you will be the only one who can see them. Did that make any sense? I hope, let me know if I can confuse things even worse than they are, glad to help, ;D Don

just sign up at photobucket.com its free and upload your pics there and link from there

Hi all. I have the same problem sometimes with John's pics not showing up also(Sandsman1) and I just click on the place where the image is supposed to be and save them to my disk, and then I can see them.
