Been running the big saw and here's a few of the Slabs; Ark Novaculite - collected this past Fall. It's a bit porous, a few sample tumbles have a dull shine to them. DSC_0168 by Findrocks, on Flickr Unknown Agate, seller was not sure. It looks sagenistic(is that word?) the needles seem to be coated white. really strange. DSC_0171 by Findrocks, on Flickr Needle Peak, from old collection; DSC_0177 by Findrocks, on Flickr Luna Blue, collected 30 years ago; DSC_0178 by Findrocks, on Flickr Mystery rock, you're good if you can name this, collected this Fall. Zoom in an notice the 3 types of crystals in this rock. DSC_0181 by Findrocks, on Flickr lot's more to slab.

Yes it does, or at least what I believe to be Iris, maybe a poor-man's iris. Funny how the agate does have a "blue" look to it before cutting but the slabs seems to loose that color. I suspect that the White skin gives it the light blue color.
