I Made this short movie for another post I have been giving the BD 10" saw quite the workout this past month My Wife MaryJane has cleaned a bunch of the slabs and put them away. Much of the Agates I have cut came from Idaho. I have found they are really hard on the oil, by that I mean the cutting causes alot of sludge so oil changes are a bit more frequent. Anyways here is the Vid.

Super vid TheRock! I like the way your Shop has fleshed out. Not only did the video show the saw in action, but I got to see what you did in the wire wrap corner with the wire spool dispensers for your wife (she must be in seventh heaven!)... Even the split-ring station. Beautiful layout of rotary and vib tumblers... very orderly and all so very clean! Thank you for posting this. Glenn

To cut thundereggs you really need a saw that holds a lot of oil.

To cut thundereggs you really need a saw that holds a lot of oil. Well My Present BD 10" Saw Holds About 1.75 to 2.0 Gal Full or course you would never run it that full I run at .70 and I get a lot of lubrication at that depth. If I was to add that Everclean System I could Increase tank size to 4.39 Gal /.70 = 6.18 Gal more in size plus my oil would get clean. With a system like that I could run three saws into the same tank if it was a larger tank. ~Duke
