this one is one of my favourite red jasper. but is there anything to say further more? by the way i picked up my rocks from sea shores, so the rocks are in general very well weathered and therefore we can't see some of the details like crystal system or fractures. i do not use tumbling, i just have a multidrill set and i use handmade sandpaper discs to polish stones.

Looks like classic red jasper with quartz veins just like you might find in glacial material from the upper midwest in the U.S. It should take a great polish.

We call it healed red jasper around here... Nice material that takes a wicked polish....SCORE!

hematite is the source of color in red jasper here as well.
