Wow, you've been busy. Another great job. They look like candy. Terrific shine. Where did you get the moonstone? I was thinking of going to Moonstone beach to do some collecting, and after seeing these, I will be making definite plans. Great job James.

Thanks guys! I got them from ebay. I have been busy. That's why I'm posting all this stuff at once. Work has me all tied up these days. Trust me, there's plenty more where this came from. The best has get to come.

Ah, I just knew James was on to a secret project...stones from the Moon, no less. What's next? Some of that Martian bedrock that the Opportunity rover has been sampling? Nice job, BTW

I love Moonstone, I have to admit I have never seen the colors of moonstone you have there. I just love the sheen. <drool> Tami

Again, you turn out some of the most superiorly (is that a word?) tumbled stones. The finish is outstanding, as we have all begun to expect from your work. Great, great job James. I'm am envious, and that is one of the seven deadly sins, so you might want to tone it down a bit. ;D

Thanks guys! Yeah, the Titanium oxide makes all the difference. There is really no comparison with other polishes on harder stones. Another thing I tried this time was an Aluminum oxide pre-polish by Lortone. It seemed to work really good. Almost the same as tripoli but not as good as 1000 Alumina.
