Description
Lot #2 is for a medium flat rate box stuffed with small to medium pieces of McDermitt Gary Green jasper from the Ellipso hole area. Size reference photo shown below. Approximate total weight is 20-25 lbs.

Gary Green jasper from the Ellipso hole has a tendency to produce large orb patterns, somewhat reminiscent of blue mountain jasper, and beautiful contrasts between light green and medium to dark blue.

Gary Green jasper is a moderately challenging material to tumble to perfection due to layering between the color bands and the presence of natural pitting. I tried my best to hand pick most every piece in the box for color, stability, and minimal pitting. I personally rejected at least double the amount that I put into the boxes but due to the nature of the material, more sorting is inevitable.
