Description
Lot #20 is for a medium flat rate box stuffed with small, medium, and large pieces of McDermitt Gary Green jasper from the Ellipso hole area. Size reference photo shown below. Approximate total weight is 20-25 lbs.

Gary Green jasper from the Ellipso hole has a tendency to produce large orb patterns, somewhat reminiscent of blue mountain jasper, and beautiful contrasts between light green and medium to dark blue.

Gary Green jasper is a moderately challenging material to tumble to perfection due to layering between the color bands and the presence of natural pitting. I tried my best to hand pick most every piece in the box for color, stability, and minimal pitting. I personally rejected at least double the amount that I put into the boxes but due to the nature of the material, more sorting is inevitable.
