From what little i know about Jasper, I think this is Morrisonite,someone sent 12 pounds to my wife by mistake. Friday, Playing with new shapes IMG_8740 by paul forsythe, on Flickr

My first thought from the photo was Ellipso jasper. The Liesegang-type banding patterns in 2 orientations, and the rind on the piece of rough underneath look more like that to me. Pretty stuff, and I like what you've done with it.

Not so sure it's Morrisonite, can you show a picture of just the rough? Whatever it is, it's pretty! They all came in the same box, i am guessing on Material.it sure does grind "cleaner"than the mud i usually play with!
