bobbbbbbbbbbbbb i got the removable cast off today and immediately went to the swimming pool with my daughter and though i have a slight limp (that better improve) and you really need 2 feet flipping in the water when you get over your head and i could only operate one and had to get those arms in fast motion i'd say i'm good to go. it's still a little sore and i'm paranoid someone or one of these animals is going to step on it but i'm heading off to the beach in a few days nonetheless. it'll either have to get with the program or i'll end up in another cast ;D. the doc suggested i go get a pair of new balance cross training shoes and i did go look at them but some bright orange clogs were calling to me and its too hot for them right now so i left with nothing.
thanks for asking, kim

lol just circles shorty . what's really funny is the lifeguard came over and said "ma'am i'm going to drive over to the restaurant and pick up my lunch if that's ok". so i told her sure. glad nobody had any trouble while she was gone - i could have circled them like a shark until she got back. she was safe picking me - i have the biggest mouth - everybody would have known if somebody was drowning. ;D kim
