My sister got a pitbull puppy that was born around Christmas time. She was named Grayce. This photo taken when she was about five weeks old.
I posted a few pics back when, but haven't done any recently, so thought I'd add a few more recent ones..
Taken 4/2/18. rockjunquie, she lost those baby blues. Kinda figured she would.
4/2/18 They are so cute when they tip their head! She has some funny ears, they don't seem to know what they want to do.
5/7/18 Upside down to show off her upper adult teeth.
5/7/18 She has a HUGE overbite. I don't think it will get any better as she grows, probably the opposite. My sister had her lower canine puppy teeth pulled, as they did not have a space to fit in in the upper jaw. Adult canines may need to be pulled as well. We'll see.
5/8/18 I was at my dad's the day before, getting some of his planting tubs ready for tomatoes. There had been four sacks of planting mix sitting out for months, waiting to be used. Grayce had only chewed on one once, gnawing a small hole in the corner of one bag. After I had touched the bags, she decided they could be fun to play with. Only wish I had been there to watch, lol.
5/8/18 Mischief! Who me?
On a different note, a nice photo to share. Sunset photo taken 4/21/18 in Hidden Meadows (north of Escondido, CA) while at a party for some friends 40th anniversary.
That's all, folks! Jean

Great dogs......over the years we've had two Staffordshire's. Now we have a 16 month old American Bull Boxer mix. He's over 90lbs now, could get up to 110lbs.......

He is a cutie! And happy, too, his tail is a blur, lol.
Does he get to sleep in/on the bed?
My sister also has an older pit, Riley. She is eight or nine.
She and Grayce get along famously now, although the puppy kind of bothered Riley at first. Until Grayce appeared on the scene, Riley had always been the youngest dog. Was a little unsure when the pup would follow her around, lol.
Anyone else have puppy/dog/cat/kitten/chicken/pet photos they want to share, bring 'em on! Jean

Great post and what a cutie. Too bad she didn't keep those blue eyes, though. Here's a new one of Cat. We got a new couch and he quickly claimed his new spot. (My wall is actually brick red, but the flash did something weird to it.)

Dexter tries real hard to share the bed and couch with us.....especially with his buddy (grandson)......he's really RyRy's dog, but gives us all much love and affection.........no bed or couch sharing with the big boy.....or for that matter any of our dogs......!

Hey Jean, beautiful dawg! Research blue dog syndroms. Hopefully your pup will be clear of any health issues.

Nice pic of three generations and the fur child. I remember you mentioning Eve before.
Ann, you are so right, that is exactly what she is saying, lol. That, and "I didn't make that mess. No way, not me."

Hey Jean, beautiful dawg! Research blue dog syndroms. Hopefully your pup will be clear of any health issues. Thanks. Bill. I've done some research online. Unfortunately, my sister has a bad track record with picking dogs that tend to have health issues - whether real or imagined. My dad spends more money on her pet's vet bills than I spend on my own health care.
She has already had some itchy skin issues, and a bladder infection. Same as the other pitbull does. Never ending. But what are you going to do? My dad has the money, so they get cared for. I think the different vets she has taken them to see a target on my sister when she brings them in. My dad calls Riley "the cash cow!" She has had ACL surgery on both knees, once when she was less than a year old, the second one not too long ago. Gotta be careful with pits, they tend to get stoopid and jump around and injure their ACLs.
Maybe they have a sick house? Dunno....

Anyone else have puppy/dog/cat/kitten/chicken/pet photos they want to share, bring 'em on! Our pup Roxie - the Belgian Malinois. She is absolutely positively 100% OBSESSED over her red jolly ball. We have to put it away most of the time because she will NOT let up. On the bright side the red jolly ball is the key to getting this Malinois tired which is not easy to do. I recently made a tetherball using a red jolly ball with a handle. After the 10th revision I finally made it Malinois proof - her and Charley kept destroying it every time I thought I finally had it. Edited to add: this photo came right after she broke the handle of the ball which was a failure I had not anticipated till it happened. I sent the picture to Eva with the caption "she won..." I have now repaired and reinforced the handle with steel and the current revision has been tested three times without failing yet. She's such a wonderful dog now. We are thrilled that she failed out of the search dog foundation evaluation and we got to keep her furever.

Ever since our kitten died, we have been looking for another. We had two chances to get one and each fell through. One person apparently loves kittens too much to give them up while they are cute kittens and one wouldn't hold a kitten for a couple days so we could get a kennel. We have to drive up to BIL's place to get a big kennel to keep kitty in while it trains and to keep Cat and kitten separated till adjusted. We want one soooooooo bad!
