MsAli I LOVE these! That Queenie is total awesomeness, the blue goldstone is amazing and the moonstone, when it's finished, is going to be beautiful. The color on the backside of the oak leaf is amazing. It looks like it needs to be a necklace on the Snow Queen. Thank you very much!

Getting notes like that is great. The pieces are very nice. I like the looks of mixing in the wire wrapping.

You know what else would probably be pretty cool to try? Pussywillows. Don't have those around here, but you probably do. When they start budding and opening, I bet they would be awesome.

Florists usually have them, too, because they use them in arrangements.

This is awesome! Can’t wait to see it finished! Its done Beautiful! Did the copper make it all the way thru the little hematite vein? Is the texture and patterning under the copper done with epoxy/clay?

It's all the way through the vein. So dang coo! I stamped the pattern in the clay Just shallow imprints work best
I'm prepping a piece of banded iron. I wanna see what it does

Ha, I too have a piece of BIF in my electroforming lineup for the same reason! Can’t wait to see it.
While dino bone is my current favorite aesthetically, I can never get over banded iron from a geology perspective. Almost feel bad cutting up stuff that unbelievably old!
