Les inbtb , it doesn't look like you are being given the option to even get the link. Your photo is obviously not private, as I could see it by clinking on the link you provided. But there must be some setting that needs to be changed. Maybe sharing? Look into your settings.
When viewing the photo on Flickr, you should be able to click on the share button (curved arrow to left right of photo) to get the link. Until you are able to do that so you can get the code, you'll not be able to imbed it in your post.
I was going to just copy the URL while viewing the photo, and insert it as an image, but even that doesn't work... WTH? Jean

Jean, you may be right that it's something in the settings. His curved arrow to share the photo is greyed out, so it may be a sharing preference in "Privacy and Permissions" in settings like you mentioned. To be sure, I looked at my stuff, and nothing has changed. I can still get the "share" arrow when I look at single photos. |

Hi aDave . Yes, photos in my Flickr account have not changed, either. Still able to see and use the "share" arrow. Has to be a permissions setting.
Today, it seems that Tapatalk is having issues. Hope they get it figured out soon.
And, lastly, now I guess we know why the third party links to photos on P-bucket are working - a temporary reprieve for them to show us how swell they are. NOT! Now is a good time to get photos off of there. I have been going through my old threads (back to 2012) and right clicking photos to save them to my computer. I know I already have them, but I am nothing if not redundant, lol. This way, I am getting them in the order posted, and which threads they are in. Have not had time to even think about photos posted in links started by others. 
ETA - If only I'd have listened to jamesp: Flickr is better than P-bucket! Yes, I finally agree with you, lol.

I changed a couple of setting for sharing so this should work.  I originally posted from my phone so that is probably where the settings got changed. Les |

Came from either AZ or NM. Have no idea what it is, it was just a neat rock to pickup.
Does scratch with a knife blade so probably not for tumbling.

Give that some time and see what happens w/flickr under new ownership of Smugmug. Guessing the free flickr may change to pay flickr. |

I used the Flickr app on my phone, settings are independent of computer settings so app settings had to be changed. Now I know in future to check app settings.
