Hi all, Earlier I was chatting with KD and told her I was about to go eat some ribs my husband had made and brought home frome work. She asked if I was gonna have to log off and actually Go to eat. I said I had to go. Here's the reason why: Miles Say's "I'll Take You Out for that!" ;D enjoy! Those were some darn good ribs, too. So glad I married a chef cookie

Just a bit. Cy, (the siamese) howled from the moment I laid the plate down. She doesn't do well with people food but she was obsessed! Miles was pulling at my hand and growled when I gave him a bit, like someone was gonna take it away. I've never seen them act like this! Yep, cat certifified darn good ribs ;D

And I thought only dogs begged for a bite of people food! The second pic looks like Cy is really giving you the "what for" and that Miles is preparing a sneak attack on the ribs while you are occupied with Cy! That is too funny! Good thing Max (or I) wasn't there! We would have snatched one of those ribs in the blink of an eye! ;D They do look yummy! When Max was a little guy, before he got any manners, he snatched a bite of my sandwich. I was holding my hand away from my body and a bit downward and he just jumped up and took a bite. Course, he got a whoopin', so he doesn't do that anymore but it was funny! Max and I went to the river Sunday for his bath and a bit of diving for the golf ball. Everytime he holds his breath and dives for his ball, it just cracks me up. I gotta take some pics to send you of that. It's a hoot! llana Our four legged children. They are always doing something to entertain us and make us smile.

my cats don't beg for food (course we aren't chefs here either might be why ;D). but bruno, the basset hound, will beg, borrow, or steal for a bite. i lost a couple of ham sandwiches to him thinking just cause he has short legs he couldn't reach the counter - figured out that body length makes up for the short legs.
cute, cute, cookie!

Kim, when it comes to people food, short legs won't even be a factor! LOL! The thing that amazes me about Max is that he can be out and roaming around and will not come when I call him, but just let me start cooking something and he's at the door. I don't care if he's on the other side of the park or down by the river, he smells food and comes a-runnin'! llana

lol llana that reminds me of a comedian i heard the other night talking about how when a mom gets on the phone the children appear with something they have to say NOW, it's an emergency, and they keep hollering "mom" - even if they were across town. she said if we want to catch bin laden all we have to do is call his mom and he'll show up - lol.

Too funny, Rocky, and so true. I have a friend that every time I talk to her on the phone, the baby yells. Not crying, just yelling for attention. Funny thing with these too, Cy NEVER begs for food and Miles usualy just begs for peanuts. He turns his head way over sideways like a dog, it's too funny. But they were ready to fight me for those ribs for some reason.
