Being in that darkest mustard yellow zone in the third image in the second link over the past week with a busted central air system, can confirm -- it has not been bliss! We tended to have a heat index around 104-110 by on most days that extended well into evening, with humidity around 85%+ and very little wind, even though the actual temperatures tended to be in the high 80s to high 90s throughout. We're really not used to that around here.
