I found these two in Dane County Wisconsin in a quarry over the weekend. The first one is about the size of a grape fruit, and around 4 1/2 lbs, seems extremely heavy for its size. I was thinking maybe its Galena? The second I have no clue about, its about the size of a palm.
Thanks for you help!

Welcome to the forum
The 1st one could be a piece Galena. It is your state mineral.
I know Galena grows in cubes, is soft and has a high specific gravity
Other than that I am not much help

First one does look like galena.
Second one looks like some form of calcium coated with limonite (iron oxides/hydroxides). Have you tried putting a drop of acid like vinegar on the white area to see if it reacts?

I'm very new to this so I've never tried testing any rocks or minerals, I will try it with some vinegar tonight. The place I found it has tons of similar ones, I thought the white/orange and black contrasted pretty nice and then turned it over and saw the reddish colored crystals.
