Nice finds. We recentlly had a trip to Rodeo Flats to collect and found some interesting stuff, but none of it looked like that.

Thank you ladies!  hummingbirdstones I'd like to see what you guys found out that way. Amazing the variations in the material up there. Here's a couple bites of something different.. a chunk of agate I picked up at the Globe rock shop a few months ago. He said it came from an area in south eastern Arizona. I've seen similar from Mexico, Texas and even CA. Pretty for sure...   |

there is a lot of rock similar to this over in the Lavic siding area

Not yet. Hubby's been busy slabbing like a fool getting ready for our club show, so those are still in a bucket somewhere in the saw shop. When he does slab them, I'll post some pictures.
