Hi all, I've been playing around with image of "Tribby's ghost" and enlarged it so maybe you can see it better This first pic is an overall enlargement, It's pretty big. Focus around the speaker and bathroom door  I sent it to Cher first and she cropped the "orb" area and pointed to the ones you can see clearly. The one on the top of the screen is over John Lennons picture. I can actually see more.  cookie |

Hello Cookie, I set down to have a plate of spagetti for lunch today, and I turned the tv on (something I generally do not do). The Montel  Wilson or Williams (maybe) show was on ... I really did not pay that much attention to his name. Anyway, he had a lady by the name of Sylvia Browne (she is a psycic (?) and claims to see into the future/past). A lady had a video of her son by some gifts on Christmas ... and there was all of these little white orbs in the video ... but you could not see them with the naked eye. Sylvia said that they were "angels", and that only angels gave off the white lights or "orbs". Very interesting indeed ... and it tied right back to your posting ... so I thought you might be interested in hearing about it. I generally do not watch much tv ... on average around 2 hours a week (that is all 7 days). So why was this show on, that covered this topic, at a time when I do not generally turn the tv on? Why did I turn it on at that moment? Why was the channel set where it was? Coincidence? Am I being used, to relay this information onto you, so that you know that the orbs are angels? I don't know? But, I do feel good about forwarding this information onto you. Have a great day! John |

Okay...while I hope that cookie's orbs are really a visit from a friendly force, ...okay.... Stop reading because I'm about to rant here...I'm warning you...rant city!!!! Stop reading unless you're interested... Okay....imho there's a special place in hell reserved for those tv psychics. Charlatans one and all and of the very worst kind...they prey on people's grief and hope...that the LOWEST. I hope...I really hope this person was appearing on montel out of the goodness of her heart so that she could help people but I doubt. I bet she got a nice big fat check for appearing. If you have this power...who knows...maybe people do...but if you do it's plain bad karma to ask for money to share this knowledge. It's wrong. It's low. It's scummy.

I'm sorry, I just don't believe that angels appear as white "orbs" in photographs. Those are just reflections off of the lense surfaces in the camera. You won't usually see them on bright backgrounds because they are too faint, but on dark backgrounds like Cookie's speakers they can sometimes show up. Here's another example...some kids playing in the backyard the other night....there is a very good "orb" just right of the kid's head on the right side of the photo, and several more show up clearly in the original photo, but they are just lense reflections from the distant street light. If these are really angels then I've photographed hundreds of them....hey, maybe I can get on get on that TV show and make some cash out of this...say, maybe these are angels, yeah  |

OK, guys, let me catch my breath... Sylvia Brown has been a well known psycic for many years. She has lots of books out and is a regular on the Montel Williams show. She's got something going on but I'm not sure what. She's helped alot of people, if only emotionaly and spiritualy, I don't think she is a charleton, but I don't think she is "God's voice" either. I have enough of my own personal expierences to believe what I believe. I am an intelligent person, I'm not delusional, and I saw that little dead dog's spirit run up to my feet and dissapear as clear as the nose on my face. I searched the bedroom, and then I cried. There are things out there we don't completely understand, but that I accept as part of my reality. Sorry, I didn't mean to rant either.  Bearcreek, I think that was meant for you, not me. There are angels, they are all around us. Like your daughter, for instance cookie Oh, and the orb at the top of the pic is on a white back ground. And I think that child is blessed with an angel of her own. |

okay I honestly didn't mean to offend...really! angels are a nice thing to believe in...more power to you. I just don't like to see people taking advantage...you know? I shouldn't have ranted...some things just bug me. But the orbs and angels? those aren't among those things. I think things happens we can't explain...but then a lot of things are explained. And hey, maybe the explanation is "it's angels!". who knows? but the psychics? sorry...I'm a sceptic. a really big, queen-sized built for comfort not for speed.
and hey cookie! that wasn't a rant, that was a polite defense of your position...not that it needed defending because you're as entitled to believe what you want as anyone! and I liked you pics...they made me think...and well...okay...also because I'm a snoop and just seeing inside other people's houses. You think it's a coincidence all my neighbors have really good shades? I think not! Anyway, upshot is...sorry about the rant. I shouldn'ta said it...but man...sometimes I just hit send and there's never a take back key...so...ahem

*sigh* I sincerely don't mean to offend anyone but I'm going to do my own little rant now ... maybe I'll call mine venting. In regards to Sylvia Brown and Montel Williams, they are terrible people! They are in cahoots with each other and work diligently at doing nothing but whatever
it takes to "make the show".
Why do I say this? Last year a little 5 year old girl disappeared from the town I live in. Info about "Beaner" went everywhere, including the Center for Missing Children and many other places. This is, I believe where Montel Williams gets their info on these kind of terrible things and then they take advantage of the grieving parents to make their show.
They called Beaner's parents and told them, we want you on our show, we want to help you. We'll have a phsycic to help you and flew them out do the show. Once there, they shuffled them around until the show. On the show, this woman told them that their daughter was dead and buried in the woods close to their home. Well, that's the first line of bull since they live in town. Those people devastated this young couple and just for show ratings, to get them in tears on the show.
After the show, they (Beaner's parents) asked to talk to Sylvia and see if she would give them more info. Montel's "men" gathered them up and took them right out of the studio with a "Sorry, your time is up, we don't need you anymore" attitude and that was the end of it.
I think it's absolutely shameful what he does on his show, just for ratings. It works for him, but he totally messes with peoples lives and does so without a care.

Hey, I don't mean to offend anyone or attack anyone's personal beliefs, and if it seems that I am doing so then I sincerely apologize, because that is NOT my intention. I have not read most of the posts in this or the similar thread, so the ONLY thing I am taking issue with here is the photos of the camera reflections being presented as possibly something else, and not with any other experiences people might have mentioned or experienced. Awhile back I did a search for a variety of pumpkin I was interested in growing, named "Spirit". Well, I got some info on the pumpkin, but mainly I came across dozens of web pages of people posting camera reflections and claiming them to be spirit photographs. So while I won't dismiss guardian angels, or that there are things that can't be and perhaps shouldn't even tried to be explained logically, I do take issue with common lens reflections being presented as something else. My "rant against the reflections". So here is another photo of a lens orb, this one bright enough to appear on a dark or a light-coloured background. The light source doesn't even have to be in the photo for the reflection to show up, though I won't take up anymore space by posting photos to prove it.  |

Well, I don't know about orbs, but I do know I have a guardian angel that has been with me since I was a kid. Haven't ever seen him or felt his presence, but he's there.
How do I know and why am I so sure?
When a teenager I water skied right over a sailboat - going pretty darn fast, no lifejacket - was facing west and completely blinded by the sun. All I got was a ropeburn around my ankle.
My girlfriends and I were coming home from somewhere one day, deer ran out in front of us, I slammed on the brakes, we went out of control, and were headed straight for a 4' rock fence. Come to a stop just a few inches from it.
Hiking in Colorado with a friend, walking over to the side of the bluff, feet slipped out from under me and I slid on my rear to the very edge and came to a stop with my legs, up to hips, hanging over the side of a 1000' drop.
Passenger in a car wreck, driver was killed and although I don't remember anything about it, everybody said it was nothing short of a miracle that I survived it. I was hurt - lots of broken bones, my face went thru the windshield but I only got two small cuts, no head or internal injury
Skiing a triple black diamond slope in Crested Butte, Colo. hit a patch of ice, went out of control, flipped head over heels, missed a huge tree by inches, the branches slapped me in the face and came to a stop at the edge of a deep crevess
1200 lb. horse reared up, and flipped completely backwards on top of me, roll off, then rolled back over me trying to get to her feet.
In each of those situations,I could have easily been killed, or critically injured, but walked away, with the exception of the wreck, with nothing but a few bumps and bruises. Of course,they hauled me away from the wreck on a stretcher. I was told that I would probably never have the use of my right arm and hand because of severe nerve and muscle damage, but within six months, I was using it and obviously still am.
Are their guardian angels? You bet and I am a living testimony of it! If I didn't have my guardian angel, I would already be dead! Needless to say, I am very thankful that the Lord has assigned me a guardian angel that has watched over me all my life. And when I was younger, he was one busy angel, because I did a lot of really dumb stuff!
