Just thought that I'd post this picture. I have a room with all of my computer equipment in it, and also a refrigerator that holds three 5 gallon kegs of beer. When the stress of reading the posts here gets to be too much, all I have to do is turn around and grab for one of the handles. My beer is all made by the Dragonmead Brewery in Warren, Michigan. Right now I have an Irish style Stout, an India Pale Ale, and a Scotch Ale. What can I say, I love good beer! Ron

Well, you do have it goin', don'tcha dude!
The STRESS of reading the forum. HMMMMM, me thinkith you will use any excuse to have a good, cold one! The stress comes from waiting a month or more for your stones to come out of polish and finding out that they didn't polish at all! Now, THAT'S stress! ;D

Believe it or not, I had one of those in my basement that held a 16 gallon keg ... gave it away! Found that we had lots of "friends" that enjoyed beer way too much but never "donated" to the cost of buying it. Funny too, now that it's gone, those "friends" don't come around much at all.

Hi Ron,
Your picture brings back memories. One of my roomies was into brewing beer. If the batch was good, he kept it locked up.
But, if the batch was only mediocre (ginger beer comes to mind), the tap was always open.
He now has a gravity feed system. The beer is brewed outside on a propane burner. Then siphoned down to the basement to age.

Going to the tap system was the best "beer" move I ever made. The next two taps that empty I'm going to replace with a Russian Imperial Stout and a beer called "Final Absolution". Final Absolution is a Belgian Trippel that runs around 8.5% alcohol but is extremely drinkable. The guys that own Dragonmead are friends of mine and they started the brewery to supply restaurants, bars, and taverns. I really liked their beer so they helped me set up my home keg system to dispense their beer. This has really started to catch on now and they sell kits to convert a refrigerator and even sell small two-keg refrigerators with two taps installed. They now have a sizable clientele of people like me who buy their kegs of beer. If you ever find yourself on Eleven Mile Road in Warren, Michigan, stop in and have a brew. They are really nice people! Ron

Well, Ron, if one of these days you post some pics of some not so perfect rocks, we'll know you are wearing your "Final Absolution" beer googles! ;D 8.5%!!! Holy moly! If I drank just one of those I would be rip roaring drunk. That definitely is a cool set up! Do you use a glass or just stick your mouth under the tap?
