Hi, I discovered this Mex Lace specimen on eBay and it blew me away. The original piece, as advertised offered incredible image opportunities for showing on this site, because of it banding and orbs and overall characteristics as a specimen, as well as for presenting on the "what do you see in a stone" site. Yeah, so I got a double whammy for my buck. Here are just a few of the images. Cheers, johnw Original eBay presentation image. #1 Presentation image #2 Presentation image #3 (Pictures above by Glenn Callahan) Bingo, this was the hook. I had to have it. The possibilities were unlimited. By itself its an interesting piece, but the profile knocked my socks off. Here are some of the images that evolved...... side view...... a happy camper, but terrible teeth. Really bad teeth..... I didn't realize he had a hat. And finally, after all this, I saw the guy had an attitude.......go figure! I guess it's all in how you look at things. Cheers, johnw
