Vince and I are helping an older club friend sell his equipment. He has macular degeneration and can no longer see well enough to do lapidary work. If you would like any of this equipment, you will need to pick it up in Chino Valley, AZ.
Dual-spindle buffer/lathe motor with small (~12x12x18) dust collector/exhaust fan box. Not home-built. Selling for $150.
Tumbler (home-built?) with four 4x8" (don't know the weight rating) Lortone barrels on it. Selling for $150.
Lortone arbor with motor, spray shields and pans, 4 Lortone EX83 expandos, boxes of belts, and sanding/polishing pads. Selling for $250.
He also has a well cared for Genie with some extra used wheels that he is asking $1,500 for and a two station jewelry buffer. We will get the price on buffer and pictures of both tomorrow evening.
ETA: Price of buffer is $150.
There is also a Lortone 12" slab saw modified to use 14" blade. Mounted on rolling cart. Includes 14" and 12" blades. Saw and blades in good condition.
Asking $1,200 for it. I can get pictures of it if interested.
Thanks for looking!

Vince and I don't do tumbling, so we're at a bit of a disadvantage with that piece of equipment.

Visited Max's house last night, and he'd like to get $150 for the jewelry buffer. It's looks better than the one we paid $150 for... .
He has also been using his Genie, so no worries about the capacitor.

The tumbler price is good. It looks like it was originally a stock lortone base but has been modified. There are pieces of angle iron under the bearings now that are not stock. At least one shaft cover needs replaced. At $150 it would be a great parts tumbler for the barrels, motor, switch/wiring, pulleys and belts. Build a new wood frame, 2 new shafts, 4 new bearings and a couple shaft covers and for about $200 it would be a really nice quite 24 pound tumbler. I am sure it works fine as is too.

As she said in the original post, we're just putting this up here for a friend who's losing his vision. We don't make anything from it.
This saw was added after a member here PM'd asking if he had a saw for sale. I was gonna' buy it until we got a Frantom 18".
