I don't normally buy display slabs, but this was just too crazy to pass up. Don't know that I want to cut it up. Brecciated Linda Marie Plume agate. Bad ASS! The mind boggles at the forces to do this. Fully healed. No fractures.  |

Beautiful! Nice find The best part about cutting display slabs is you don't have to polish the back  I bought a slab of this off Ebay a few years ago. The seller didn't know what it was so he listed it as mystery agate. I checked in with the rare rocks and gems guy and he confirmed what I already knew that it was Linda Marie - a very tiny percentage of what he has mined has the broken up plumes floating like that. When I cabbed it they sold fast listed as RARE Linda Marie "floating plumes" agate.   |

Very cool Tela! I picked up this flat of unknown slabs in a collection a few years ago. It's good to finally put a name to a face!   Sorry for the pic quality, we had hurricane remnants blowing through the desert today  |

Wow, that's fun to look at. I vote that you keep it intact... I feel the whole is worth more than the sum of it's parts. But, of course you should do as you see fit. Either way it will be awesome.
