I won an auction by making an offer. That was on Sept 24th. He told gave me 2 different ship dates and no tracking. I purchased from him before, but it looks like this one is a no show- no response to the open case, either. So, I can say avoid seller toppshel-88 .

Thanks! He accepted my offer, so I don't understand why he won't send it. It was a nice rock at a good price. I'd rather have the rock, but I'll get my money back. It wasn't a lot, I just don't like being jerked around.

Looks like he's selling on FB too, but no new posts since Sep23. I have messaged him asking for his store location since he is within a few miles of where I work and almost for certain at least has mutual rock acquaintances, if I haven't met him in person by now. I suppose there's an outside chance that something happened to prevent him from responding.

Ebay refunded my purchase and shipping. The guy never replied and refused to send either me or eBay a tracking number.

I "liked" his FB page and he posted last weekend that he wanted to sell "everything" to get rent money. Seems his wife broke her knees and he had taken time off to care for her an their kids.
