I consider myself to be fairly competent with computers and tech things in general but am totally flummoxed by the "Cloudinary" photo upload. I've read over the instructions. And over and over. Continue to get "upload failed: upload preset not found" in response to my attempts to upload. Advise me: cancel current Cloudinary and start over or ? help please.

I was recently able to help someone identify exactly where they went wrong by looking at screen shots of their setup. My email is: tommy at tommylayoriginals daught kom These are the sections I would need to see - without the blurring of course which is why you would send them to me privately.

I had the same problem for hours, if not for Tommy helping, I never would have figured it out, thank you sir. Cloudinary sent me a note asking how I liked their cust. service, which I did like, and I added that a simpler and/or more self explanatory way of getting through the upload process would be very helpful. Part of my problem was one function on their setup procedure wasn't live [functional] until about the tenth try.
