Hello again, I was asked to post some photo's of a few of the stones that I have been currently working on. These are stones that I had up on eBay, they were not the stones that I was cutting for my customer. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the photo's This is dendritic opal which comes from Australia. Kansas has some of this material as well ... but, it is located in a National Monument ... so, it is hands off as far as collecting any! This is a gorgeous cab of Laguna Agate which comes from Mexico. This piece had a very nice parallax effect. This is Golden Plume Agate. Below the stone is slightly back-lit. I'll get a few more posted ... for you serious rock addicts! John

Hey everyone, Thanks for the kind words, they mean a lot. I generally do not to hear such praises ... my wife of coming on 24 years has literally seen thousands of these stones. So her praises are much more subdued .. so, it is nice to hear your comments. Thank you. Here is a link to a piece of picture jasper that looks like it has a river running through it, which reflects the colors of the sky. cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=4938037901&ssPageName=STRK:MESE:ITI have purchased two rock shops in the past couple of years and I also hand pick a lot of stones when I get the opportunity to make a rock show or a rock shop. I will be going to another rock shop in Golden, Colorado, when we go to Denver in a week. Eggers Lapidary & Rock Shop is the name of it and they have a wide variety of rough and slabs alike. If you ever get the opportunity to visit this shop ... it is well worth your time to go and check it out. You can buy a stone, a slab or a whole truck load if you wish. Thanks again and enjoy, John
