Just wanted to dabble a bit and dress a few up. Do folks glue them in or just bend in the outer rim to hug the stone? Thanks

You can do either. Pushing the bezel down onto the stone is the more professional method, but I've glued a few stones in some of my pieces. I don't know how easy those cups are to move. You might be able to hold the cup and stone in one hand and use a pusher with the other hand. You can make a pusher from the handle of an old toothbrush.
