While viewing a photo in Flickr - click on the "share" button - it's the curved arrow button.

Then click on the BBcode tab.

Then copy the code and paste it right into your post here on the board.

As a side note the code that Flickr gives you contains a link so that if the photo is clicked on it takes the person to your Flickr page:
