This thread is dedicated to the unfortunate pieces of mineral evolutionary development that resulted in visual Chaos. "Mineral evolution is a theory that provides historical context to mineralogy. It postulates that mineralogy on our earth becomes increasingly complex as a result of changes in the physical, chemical and biological environment." Which means there are some really ugly pieces of specimens........ Okay, heavy stuff finished. I will post some images of specimens that, well, at least to me, I consider spectacular in their chaotic formation. Here they be:

2 images, same piece. Weight is 1#-4oz. dims: 4.5x3.5x3

3 Images, same piece. Weight is 1#-8oz. dims: 5"x3.5"x4.5"

Weight is 1#-4oz, dims: 5"x2"x3.5"

2 images, same piece. Weight is 1#-12 oz dims; 5.5"x3"x3"

TBC..........please chime in with samples of ugly specimens or just plain rocks. In my book, all rocks are beautiful. (bow-down)

Up-date: the Sentient beings over at Big Crazy's told me in light of what you said, the entire spectrum of rocks, stones, mountains, earth and all land masses whom they communicate with, are all waiting, waiting to return to Pangea. They tell me at some point in time all the beings who inhabit the earth will have gone and it will trigger a massive continental coalescence and will be the beginning of the return to the state of Pangea, where they say, everything that is Sentient will be united once more. Apparently, this has happened many times before and will continue to happen indefinitely.

Did you ever see a Sentient being? (whoa)
