good heavens what is this stuff we are getting - blew in like a whirlwind and the temp is dropping rapidly now that it has gone over and is heading east. the temp will have dropped almost 40 degrees by this evening and you can tell it's dropping now. my normally small bayou that runs through the front yard is humongous and no longer where it belongs the water usually stops at the small line of trees on the right BETWEEN these little trees now when i turn around the other direction note the change in the sky at noon - big change from sunny pics from the north to cloudy from the south well i guess we'll be getting our coats out tonight. kim

mosquitos are our state bird. and they have been ravenous lately because these little cold snaps are getting on their nerves. it was 80 degrees this morning and is now at 46 and is suppose to drop to 37. you should hear the wind outside . unbelievable! it was scarey driving today as it was pushing my vehicle from the side. it is suppose to start warming back up in a couple of days. and we will all be sick with colds next week - wusses 'r' us ;D kim

Nice fishpond / kayaklake you got there,
We do have the odd bit of flooding too , when the water comes down faster than the culvert can take. Most times gone within hours.
