There are now lots of snow devils (as opposed to dust devils). The road in front of my house is a wind tunnel with snow blowing down it.

Hope the wind is blowing away from your house. I remember a couple of times in Chicago getting snowed in with snow drifts against the door so high it wouldn't open.

BBBBBBRRRRRRRRRR! We have been really lucky this winter. It has been very mild. You never really know what you'll get being so close to the ocean and Gulf Stream. Sometimes we get Nor 'easter blizzards and near zero temps. Sometimes we just have a few days near zero. But, Feb hasn't happened, so I may have jinxed myself.
