Remove and replace the plastic splash guard with a large aluminum turkey tray where the bottom is removed and fitted to the machine. I then shape the stone by holding the dop stick and shaping quadrants until I have the dome I want. I start with a 60 grit and finish in a UV 18 vibe if possible. If not, I go through the normal steps to finish.

This is a finished product using a UV-18 vibe using two cycles. It is convex on one side and flat on the other. I don't know what it is.
