Put this “junk” rock in tumbler as filler. Now I do not consider it junk. Curious on what it might be. The areas that look black are a very dark green. The lighter areas have a green tint to them. It is about a 7 hardness in all areas. Slightly magnetic in the darker areas. It went in tumbler on 12-27. There has been very little, if any, undercutting. It is in final polish now. Size is about 1 ¾”. Sorry for the blurry photos, but hope someone has ideas on what this would be called. Found at location on my avatar. Thank you grb blk wh 3 4

Thanks for the suggestion. After doing some checking, it does not look like Picasso to me. The lighter areas are different than traditional Picasso patterns. The tan areas have a Chalcedony like appearance. Hope to remove it from tumbler Friday/Saturday and take another photo.

Too hard for marble. The hardest serpentine is about 6. It reminds me of that.
