Great turnout and great names, guys and gals! Now choose the one you like best. One vote. Poll closes on the Tues the 12th. UPDATE: I have the sad task of announcing that Tommy, aDave and I have found some information which leads us to believe that JohnW has passed away. We are waiting for confirmation, but it appears to be so. Tommy will make a separate announcement soon. I had many PMs with him about the contest. He was really enjoying it and was planning to do several new ones. He was very generous with a great sense of humor and imagination. He will be missed.

Here is my original image after I was happy to show my latest eye candy addition but I find out it, the rock, yes rocks have feelings too, was completely demoralized when it was referred to as Maggot Agate and we decided to give it another name........... And so the poll. Good Luck some really great names. Here is the much maligned rock. Now does this really look like a Maggot Agate?  Here is the rock after a little help from the cookers over at The Big Crazy's Pastry Shop:  Like we said, it's all in "what do you see in a stone". I see a spectacular jewel. Now, for the lucky winner of this poll here is your prize. The cookers over at the Big Crazy's Pastry Shop have prepared this special treat for you.

I would call it "George." Sorry, George is the Greeter over at The Big Crazy's Pastry Shop. This is George.  George tried to take a bite out of the cake being awarded and really messed up his teeth.   |

Take a good look. See the red dot on the upper left side? That 's his eye. Just below that is a dark brown line --- his mouth. Nose above the mouth where you would expect it. We get a side view. Frog is looking toward the left. That is a beautiful rock --- well, after the cooks got to him : )

I thought of Agatized Trout Bait after the contest was up to vote Aaaaaggggghhhhhh that and Maggot Agate has just caused my rock to become even more clinically depressed, meaning we need a new name. And just so you know, little fishes and Indonesian Agatized Palm Root do not under any circumstance attract each other being of different genesis. Further, I have been told by the main Resident of Aquarium at the Zoo they consider rocks as fixtures in their aquarium and just kinda ignore them even if they are considered as being Eye Candy by the Sentient Beings and other uprights, that visit the Zoo.
