a while back Connrock sent me a box of goodies, including some of the shiniest stones i'd ever seen. put all my efforts to shame to date! anyway, here is a necklace i finished today using one of the stones from Tom, i'm not sure what it is...maybe flint? i used a lot of crystals on this one Tom, thanks again for the stones, i'm still trying to figure out how i'm going to drill that blue one, i can't get it in my jig securely enough.....i don't want to mess it up! thanks for looking, KD

That stone is so shiney it looks like it's dripping! And the beads compliment it beautifuly. Youve really got a way with beading, KD.

Boy I missed this posting for sure!! I try to hit and run every night due to the situation here and I know I miss alot of postings but,,,,,,,,,, That stone is Australian petrified wood.I bought about 6 or 7 lbs of it and love it to death. When the package arrived I found the 1-1/2 " thick slab in several pieces but there was still about 3/4 of it that I could cut. I tumbled the broken pieces and this is one of them. I'm very happy you liked it well enough to take the effort of making that beautiful piece of jewelry out of it. I can't wait to see the blue agate made into a piece of jewelry !! I'm ure you will do a fine job with it!! Thanks,,,,, Tom
