Not to long ago, I did a trade with Stoner - red brazilian agate for flint. He also threw in some local rock. Haven't done anything with the Brazilian agate yet, but here's a pic of the local rock. I meant to take a pic before I started tumbling it, but forgot - DUH. They have been 10 days in 60/90 and are lookin' good. Won't be long before they are ready for 220. They are going to be beauties when finished! Thanks, Stoner!

Hey Llana, looks like you've got some nice looking rock in there! You're right, they really are going to produce some beauties.
I will be checking a load that I've got in 60/90 today. This is the first batch of rock in several months for me. Hope mine are looking as good as yours!

Very nice indeed! I do wish I had some local rocks like those and I know I will someday, because Ron said we had them here in Ohio, but the weather is aweful and I guess it may be spring before I can venture out for them.

I can't see them very well - are they jaspers? They look like it from here with some other things maybe. When you get finished you have to get up there closer with that camera ;D!

Hi Llana. Those are looking good. Quite a difference from what they were when you started them, huh? If ya want more, I've got about 21/2 5gal. buckets sitting here.

Kim, I'm not sure what all they are. Stoner can probably better identify them since they are his local rocks. And you know me, I identify rocks by two standards - pretty rocks and not so pretty rocks! LOL! I did take some real close ups, but they were blurry and was too lazy to retake them.
Harry, Ron has tumbled a bunch of neat rocks he has found, so I am sure when spring/summer comes that you can find lots of goodies under all that snow. I'm also pretty sure you can sweet talk Stoner out of some.
Stoner, I can't wait to see these finished. I may have you send me more so I will have something to tumble. Since our saws are outside and the weather has not been cooperative for cutting rocks, I am about out of stuff to tumble!
