That deserves many Wows! Is the edge piece one or three pieces of silver? Love the minimalist design. Really shows off the cab.

I like the stone. And you totally nailed the design! Absolutely stunning piece. Not to hijack your thread, but how thick is a "typical" cab? Just out of curiosity...

Nice job of leaving the stone to see.

I'm not really sure, but not as thick as the ones I just did. Plus, if it's a high dome they will be thick, of course. These had thick, irregular girdles.

On this one, the design was kinda dictated by the tip. The tip got real thin and pointy and I was afraid it would break, so I used prongs down there and reinforced the tip.

Nice job on a wonky cab! I hope you charged her enough for the amount of wire and the extra time that one had to take you.
It looks great!

Oh yeah. I ain't working for free. She already paid and it's boxed to go out in the morning. So glad she is happy with them. I sent her a quick sketch for her approval and they ended up being pretty damn close. She asked for some curls on the opal.

Great job again Tela! The amount of silver alone would make these custom jobs expensive. You did a good job of camouflaging the irregular girdle.

I like all three of them, looks like so much more work than just silver smithing. You never cease to amaze.
