This one actually started out so encased in calcite and basalt the only reason I went with it was due to the weight. First step was the acid bath before you see what I found inside on the first pic, even after the acid it looked pretty iffy to me and the first 2 inches broke off from the top. Going to cab one from that piece. After some cleaning up the ugly duck turned out not bad if I say so myself, other then the cracks, I like it. Out of the acid. Pre-polish Finished results today.
