when i look at it, my eyes are drawn to the center. when i stare at the center, it looks like some sort of space portal or vortex. the colors look like this rainbow sherbert that i eat. so i'll call it Sherbert Vortex

yeh, what IS it with all these FOOD names? everyone going on a diet for the New Year? Cherry, Strawberry, Raspberry, cinnamon, vanilla rock candy........
THIS IS A ROCK!
i'm teasing, of course, there are some great names here and i am already finding it difficult to choose. i abide by Sands original rules, you can change your vote, but only one name to a member. deadline is 8pm Wednesday and then i will (attempt to) set up the poll thingy.
thanks again for your overall creativity and thoughtfulness!

I don't know why you can't use the same name for a different stone but I have chosen another one.
RINGS OF FIRE

Hey, Krazy. Have you noticed the different signature between you and Sands on the stone? I can see a radical difference, even though the style is the same. It will be fun watching you two. Sands will pull you up with his work, you will ultimately break through and pull him up with your work. So far, he is the leader, a teacher, whether he likes the idea or not. Cabochons, you can get them on Ebay for pennies on the dollar. Cabojohns, and Krazycabs, that is different. Cabochons are about colour, you guys are doing art, good three dimensional art. As an aside, they will never rot, or catch on fire. Way cool.
