I did what was required per the tutorial, got myself a Cloudinary Cloud Name and a Cloudinary Upload Preset. Checked to make sure I entered them both in the correct spaces. Hit save
Waited a half hour for things to take effect.
When I try to create a test thread I hit the upload Photo button and the screen turns translucent blue.
Any ideas what is wrong? Thanks

Never mind, I figured it out.
Sorry for being feeble minded, but I'm 60 so to me a cloud is still a white puffy thing in the sky.

I've got a couple years on you, and, believe it or not, we've got members that are even older! Glad that you were able to get it figured out, and welcome to the forum.
