Had a pretty good day hounding. Found a lot of nice wood, some agates to tumble and cab and a few Fairburns. The last bigger one may be in the top 5 of what I've collected so far. Thanks for looking. First the marginal ones...    And this guy. A picture in my hand to show the size first. No, I still haven't found the full-faced, palm-sized Fairburn yet. But I'm not done looking!     |

SCORE! Nice material Mike! Thank you. Still my favorite thing to do, getting out and finding rocks. It was a good time to go out, too. Too early for mosquitos, ticks and snakes. I can deal with mud. |
