Number 3 is a bit mis-leading. Titanium Quartz not found in nature, it's regular Quartz that has been treated with rare minerals in a Vacuum Chamber. The Big Crystals being pulled of the clay are at Ron Coleman's mine in Arkansas. Spectacular in their size and clarity with perfect terminations but no Titanium coatings. That happens later in a lab setting.

You do find a lot of the crystals in Arkansas stained with Iron, and even Manganese(I think). The Iron rich clay can leave a yellowish/brownish stain and in some cases produce a faint rainbow iridescence on the surface. Sometimes if the coating is even I will leave it on as some folks like the "Golden Healer" look to them. I did get into a pocket about 10 years back that had the best Golden Healer look to them. Except for the fact that I pulled them out of the vein myself, one would swear that they had been to the Lab. I think there is about 4 or 5 different coatings that they can apply to quartz in the Lab. It does produce really nice pieces, it is also expensive to do. Considered it but I would have to double and triple my prices to recover the cost does include shipping both ways and the process.
