Plus, it's about two inches long. Not sure if I should shape it more, cut it in half, or what. Any ideas?

If you don't like the shape- change it. I think you could get a long pear out of it that would be a bit shorter. Pretty material.

Not sure if you tell any difference in the picture. Going into the tumbler as is.
