We pot due to harsh red clay soils........some do ok.....other's fall flat when it heats up.....and I can move them under cover when it get's under 30* like it did several times for over two months here this year.
Had fun with the Nikon too......plan on stage photo's as they grow........:
Behind the larger pots there are smaller pots of Night Sky Petunias and various Chili's........
There are various Cacti and Succulent here.....Agave Ovatifolia, Yucca, Sedum Morganianum, Aloe Vera....and two types of Hybiscus, Fire Stick, Amaryllis....ect
Aloe Vera and Fire Stick (left)
Left to right......Lobelia, one type of Ice Plant and a Kalanchoe, Ice Plant, and one Echeveria
Aeonium
Got peppers and tomato's pot popping already.......need to transplant those soon.
Thanks for looking.
Note....:
Added some identification.......nothing out of the ordinary.......Some are over 10yrs old, some are just babies we replaced after the freeze.......all do very well up here April thru December........It's my Wife's selection, I'm just the caretaker........lol

Sorry for the too quick question! I just Google Imaged them and answered my own question. But, what are these? I have some and don't know what they are called. The long skinny ones. Thanks, James

Thanks, James Those are the Aeonium. Zwarthkop or otherwise as Black Rose (i think) The one in the green pot is a type of Echeveria. Cant really tell what but maybe a Imbricata ?

MsAli You thought correctly regarding the long skinny ones. Found them on Google Images. Thanks, James I have a fairly large succulent collection. Problem is I don't remember most of the names The Aeonium are easy. They are all pretty easily identifiable.

I love container gardening.
Are the Ice Plants the same as Moss Roses? Those are some of my favorites.

I love container gardening. Are the Ice Plants the same as Moss Roses? Those are some of my favorites. The individual plant with the Kalanchoe is the common Ice Plant variety..........the two together (yellow & pink) are Moss Roses or Portulaca Grandiflora variety, not really an "Ice Plant"......
