For sale 3 boxes of Lahontan japser. This is a very dense fine grained jasper that takes a very high polish. All pictures are shown dry and as found. You can see the natural polish of the stones. All boxes are $45 each shipping included in the U.S. only.

I have heard the Lahontan material being referred to as "porcelain jasper". It is a tighter grain and denser than most other jaspers. The jaspers from the Lavic area are different, but can have a shine mainly due to varnish I think. It is not as dense as the material I have collected from the Lahontan area. |
