Same friend who had the Raytech machines. Refurbed/powdercoated LS18 slab saw.

New bearings and new 3/4 HP motor. Good blade. Includes 8 gallons of new oil. In Prescott Valley. $1800.

I didn't think to mention the (lack of) a belt guard. Didn't have one when he got the saw.

Cigar Box Rock would make you one. For way less than the price difference on the other refurbs I've priced.

My old Frantom didn't have a guard either when I got it. For now it still has a cage made from rabbit wire around the belts and pulleys.
