Cab on the left was from the first slice from the face and I found a scene worth giving it a try. It developed a vug (marked in black) so I'm giving up. The more I grind the uglier it gets. Middle cab was from the second slice and I shaped the back. The pattern is good but the back is not as interesting so I am hoping that I can get a good dome grinding the minimum. The cab on the right has an interesting front and back the center is over 3/8 inch. I'll keep grinding until I get a good dome and accept however it turns out. Very different looks from a one inch thick piece.

I like ‘em, especially the tongue shape. Cool patterns and colors.
