ok that was an experience - almost scared to go to the rock show lol - but very fun! here's what i got beads of course some big cabochons that i fell in love with - ocean jasper? leopard skin?; sterling silver findings; simple necklaces to put some pendants on; 3 dichroic glass necklaces (the heart one is for my daughter and the others to give as gifts); a wirewrapped dichroic glass pendant; a glass mermaid necklace for my daughter; and some clasps closer of the dichroic heart the wirewrapped dichroic pendant - liked the style and wanted to examine it closer - 1st one i've seen that wasn't a picture or one that i've done kim

OMG I could never ever be allowed to go to one of these shows! I dabble a bit in beading, mainly seed beading, but it seems I collect beads way faster than I make things. Just can't pass up new color combination I happen to spot, go home and find I have something similar already.
I didn't even know they had bead shows. I take it all the pictures are your purchases. It could almost be mistaken for a vendor table ;D

i must have missed this post, those beads you've obtained look like a great haul! i'd be so bad at a show like that..they'd have to call the men in the white coats to come and collect me.
i'm not privy to bead or stone shows here locally, which is probably a good thing. i work well within my shipping limits..
last year when i was first getting into beading we had a chance to go to Portland and i hit the beadstores hard. we are talking major dent in the credit card here.
who knows how of the edge i might go at a rock show..?
tie me kangaroo down, sport.

gotta save those credit cards for the rock show lol. i did what i've done the few times i've gone to the casino - set a limit and took that amount of cash and knew i had to have enough to pay for 2 to eat at the olive garden afterward - yummmmmmmy! at the casino i always leave wishing i had my money back. i at least had some treasures on the way out this time ;D.
