Not too bad for still being one of the "New Kids on The Block."
Nice thing is with enough tumblers going, we are turning out a batch of polished rocks about every 10 days.

Great looking batch of rocks there, nice shine too. Don't you just love getting batches of color like that?

Lookin' real nice. It seems "the Newbies" are getting better results earlier in the learning process. Must be all the good advice thrown out here on the board! Ed

Yes it is Stoner- You guys have taught me TONS- I actually have a batch that just finished week 2 in course- And I will check it tonight to see if it should go another week- before- I would have gone to step 2 after 1 week- no matter what the stones looked like!

The best thing I did all last year was find this web site.
Without the tips the board members give, I would be doing it all wrong. Over and over again.
This Board ROCKS!!!
Now if someone could tell me how to make my pics smaller. Seems mine are a lot larger than others.

Those are Great Tell!! I love the assortment of colors!! I would suggest taking the photo's a little further back so they won't be so fuzzy. I would assume you can resize your photo's at Photobucket. Thanks,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Tom

Just Beautiful, Tell, great job! If you are using PhotoBucket, there is an option in "edit" to resize. Use the 75% to original size setting, it always does the trick for me. And my Macro setting doesn't work so good, I get better results from zooming in with Lots of light. And I don't have a clue, this is just my personal experience with a relatively inexspensive camera. Good Luck!

I used Aluminum Oxide Polish. The rocks were in the polish for about 10 days. Did not do anything special.

Yummy, Tell! Great batch of rocks! And you got that great shine with alum oxice? They must have sold me the alum oxide reject cause I have never gotten a shine like that with it.
Great job!
