Those have some cool patterns. The only cut ones I have are halves. A couple have the squiggle patterns shown at about 2:15 in the video. Any idea how deep on average those patterns are? Am thinking about slicing the larger one I have with those patterns and try cabbing some.

Are you talking about the outside lines, if so, no they are only on the outside of the Ammonite...
Some people get the Ammonite and Scaphite mixed up, even if they are from the same family.
Both cut differently...
